This Shipping Policy outlines the details regarding the shipping and delivery of your Paseri orders. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to INDIA. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

3. Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer various shipping methods to meet your needs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, dimensions, and your selected shipping method and destination.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery on the carrier’s website.

5. Shipping Restrictions and Age Verification
  • Age Verification: Due to the nature of our products, age verification may be required upon delivery. Please ensure an adult (18+ or legal age in your jurisdiction) is available to sign for the package. If age cannot be verified, the package may be returned to us, and additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

  • Legal Compliance: We adhere to all local, state, and national laws regarding the sale and shipment of nicotine products. It is your responsibility to ensure that the purchase of nicotine pouches is legal in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to cancel any order if we believe it violates applicable laws.

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up from a carrier facility, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping fees. Refunds will not be issued for original shipping costs.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages
  • Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives damaged, please refuse delivery if possible. If you accept a damaged package, please document the damage with photos and contact us immediately at support@paseri.in within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim. After contacting the carrier, please inform us, and we will assist you in any way we can. Paseri is not responsible for lost packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

8. International Shipping

For international orders, please be aware of the following:

  • Customs Duties and Taxes: You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country’s customs office. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Customs Delays: International shipments may experience delays due to customs procedures. We have no control over these delays.

  • Product Restrictions: It is your responsibility to ensure that nicotine pouches can be legally imported into your country. We are not responsible for packages seized or confiscated by customs.
